What to Include

To help make quoting quicker and more accurate, please include as much of the following as you can:

  • ✔ Pickup postcode
  • ✔ Delivery location (street address)
  • ✔ Delivery postcode
  • ✔ What needs moving
  • ✔ How many items or boxes there are
  • ✔ Approximate box sizes if relevant
  • ✔ Any bulky or awkward items such as sofas, wardrobes or appliances
  • ✔ Any access issues at either end, such as stairs, flats, narrow hallways or restricted parking
  • ✔ How close the van can get to the pickup and delivery points
  • ✔ Whether bulky items can be outside the property ready for loading if possible
  • ✔ Whether anyone is available to help with loading at the pickup address
  • ✔ Whether anyone is available to help with unloading at the delivery address
  • ✔ Whether anyone will be travelling with the goods to assist
  • ✔ Whether they will need returning to the pickup location afterwards
