These terms and conditions outline how LogistiCarl provides courier, removals and man with a van services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. About LogistiCarl

LogistiCarl provides transport services including courier delivery, house removals and man with a van services across Scarborough, North Yorkshire and the UK.

2. Quotes and Bookings

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Quotes may be revised if the details provided are inaccurate, incomplete or change before the job takes place. This includes, but is not limited to, additional items, changes in addresses, access issues, waiting time, heavier or bulkier items, or extra labour required.

A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted by LogistiCarl. Where required, a deposit must be paid before the booking is secured. Until confirmation is given, availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payments

Payments may be made using Stripe or any other payment method agreed in advance.

Where a deposit is required, this must be paid to secure the booking date and time. The remaining balance is due as agreed, usually before or on completion of the job unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

LogistiCarl reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment terms are not met.

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booking, please give as much notice as possible.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice given and work already scheduled. Each situation will be handled reasonably and fairly.

Delays caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, unavailable customers, waiting time, late key collection, problems with entry, parking issues or any other customer-related factor may result in additional charges.

Estimated arrival and completion times are provided as a guide. While every effort is made to be on time, delays can occur due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews may be requested after a job is completed. Reviews will only be published with customer permission and typically use first names only.

LogistiCarl may contact customers via phone, email or SMS (including via Twilio) to provide updates relating to bookings and services.
